Nationwide Delivery Digitization for Distributing Agents

We partnered with الشركة العامة لتصنيع الحبوب (Iraqi Ministry of Trade) to modernize the delivery workflow behind the Iraqi Food Rations program across all provinces.

Previously, deliveries relied heavily on paper—making it harder to verify recipients, track what had (or hadn’t) been delivered, and avoid mistakes at scale.

We delivered a production-ready, driver-focused mobile solution that digitized proof of delivery end-to-end. Drivers scan a unique agent ID card (used to identify the agent and their province), then confirm delivery directly in the app and print an official receipt on-site. Every delivery is recorded digitally, creating a clear, traceable history of distribution activity nationwide.

Impact: fewer errors, stronger accountability, and improved transparency—drivers have immediate clarity on completed deliveries, and stakeholders gain reliable visibility across the distribution network.
